Juried Show

You may submit the entry form attached to the Prospectus (last page) via USPS with a check and digital photo files on CD, DVD, or flash drive – OR – you may fill out the online form below, upload photos and pay online. Please be sure to READ THOROUGHLY THE ENTIRE PROSPECTUS as there have been a number of changes in our rules. Print the entire form and make sure that you have a record of the information that you inputted on each of your entries…you WILL need that information later if your work is accepted.
